look at this

I thought i should contribute just so i can call myself a blogger. i am waiting for the swelling to go down where a bee or something stung me on the face yesterday while i was on a mt. bike ride. it hit me while i was going real fast and could not let go of the handlebars because i was bouncing through some rocks so i was frantically blowing on it but it wouldnt let go and stung me under my eye. It happened just a few days after a bee flew into my jersey on a road bike ride and stung me in the chest. I think they are out to get me.

i have a picture of Jacob on his first backpacking trip with the scouts giving me the "why are you taking a picture of me" look. and also a picture of a steep part of the trail called "the drainpipe" It was a fun trip.

biking up the canyon

today we picked up alex from gary's and then brought him back to provo. we borrowed a bike for him and biked up the canyon and went for a swim in the river. the pictures aren't great, but you get the idea. it was fun to hang out with alex in utah and show him around a little. tony took the last picture of him, he is hurrying to put his shirt in order to hide his farmer's tan.

Uh Oh.

So, at work they have managed to put me in an office in the corner. No one really walks by. Ever. They've given me track lighting so there's not a glare on my screen when I have to do CAD- which means I'm more or less in the dark. And they managed to take away facebook and gmail chat. Which means contact with the outside world is limited as I sit in my cave by myself.... apparently, however, I can blog. I wonder if this will affect my production? :) Thanks for the pictures, I was wanting new wallpaper!

so we know everyone's doing it, but it could be a fun way to share pictures and stories of what everyone is up to. sienna's family has been blogging for the last year and it has been a pretty good way to keep in touch. it was so fun to see everyone in nauvoo and we can't wait to party together again. leave a comment and let us know what you think.
